However, headaches are not a disease and everybody experience this one in a while. During this phase, people can feel uncomfortable and may feel unexplained pain.
A constant and frequent headache becomes the reason for absence from school and work. Sometimes, the battle with headaches might lead to anxiety and depression. Headaches are of many types such as tension headaches, migraines, persistent headaches and cluster headaches, etc. The most common type of headache is tension headache in daily life. So, here are some easy ways to get rid of regular headaches.
- Be hydrated:

studies say that drinking insufficient water can cause dehydration, which is one of the common reasons for daily headaches. Thus, take care of your water intake and drink more water throughout the day. Drinking sufficient water reduces the symptoms of headaches within 30 minutes to 3 hours. You can also get enough water through water-rich foods in your diet.
- Take enough sleep:

Sleep is important for the body to rest. It’s crucial for physical and mental health. Inadequate sleep could lead to frequent and more chronic headaches. Researches suggest that people who sleep for atleast 6 hours, rarely get any headaches.
However, sleeping more than necessary can cause headaches as well. This is why, take sleep for 7-9 hours, to prevent headaches.
- Take magnesium supplements:

Magnesium is an essential mineral of the body. It maintains nerve transmission and blood sugar levels. Studies show that magnesium deficiency is a very common cause of migraine.
Magnesium is also a very effective and safe remedy to prevent headaches. You need to consult your doctor before taking magnesium supplements, as it can also cause side effects if taken in high doses.
- Limit your alcohol intake:
